Customizamoo
Update: Customizamoos are being replaced with the Custom Form option and going towards an invoice style system. You can find the new form in the “Custom” menu tab on the top bar.
Now announcing, The Customizamoos!!!! This is a way to express yourself in the way you want to by requesting fully customizable moos. Whether it’s simply getting one of our amazing moos in the color of your choice and the size of your choice or adding some cool sayings, logos, icons or letters to your moo, we have the capabilities to hook you up!
The process is simple:
Choose the size of moo that you want (from mini to holy moo) Questions about sizes can be found in our Guides Page.
Choose the base model that you want your custom moo designed off of. You can choose from one of the standard models (mooduck, cow, highland or teddy care moo) or you can use one of the specialty models (mermoo, golfer moo, etc). You can choose exactly which model you want to use in the form after you add to cart.
Choose from a color that we have or choose a specialty color that we will have to order in. There is a small fee for choosing to order a specialty color that we do not have for you.
Choose a timeframe. Custom moos take time to model and design. You have two options to choose from when it comes to timeframe. Express - you pay a fee for us to start working on your design and get it done within 1 to 2 weeks. Take your time: We fit your model design in when we can. There is no fee for this, but times vary between 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the time of month you order and what else we have planned.
Other Options: If you plan on adding additional trinkets, icons or logos. This will be selected in a long form after you add your moo to the checkout. You will want to take your time and really go over the information on this form and provide as much detail as possible.
Please note, that after you submit your customizamoo, we will be reaching out to you within 1 to 2 business days to go over the details of your order and to make sure that both parties are aligned with what we are offering and making available. Please make sure your email is setup to accept messages from marlin@moobarustore.com. If you do not hear from us in 2 business days, then please reach out to us as our emails might be having issues getting delivered to you.
